1. Who we are and what this covers

Adrenaline Web LLC is a Minnesota web design and development business. This policy covers this website, its quote form, and related inquiries. It does not describe the practices of websites shown in our portfolio or replace a separate client agreement. Contact Grant at grant@adrenalineweb.com (opens Gmail) about privacy.

2. Information you provide

When you request a quote, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, requested service, budget range, timeline, and project description. Our private inbox also stores a request reference, timestamps, request status, and internal notes. If you email us, we receive the message and the information you choose to include.

We use this information to respond, discuss your project, prepare a quote, manage our relationship, and keep business records. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal information through the quote form.

3. Optional website analytics

Analytics is off until you select Allow analytics. If you allow it, the homepage sends a random page-view ID, a random browser-tab session ID, and an indication of your analytics choice to our website. The server adds a timestamp. This helps us count homepage views and estimate visits; it does not identify a unique person.

The analytics event does not include your name, email, quote contents, URL query parameters, or referrer. We do not store a full IP address or user-agent in the analytics event table. Your IP address may be processed temporarily for abuse prevention and converted to a short-lived keyed digest. Hosting providers may separately process IP addresses and request information to deliver and secure the service.

Signed-in owner visits, admin pages, draft previews, and recognized bots are excluded. We also disable this analytics when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. A blocked script or declined analytics means a visit will not be counted.

4. Cookies and browser storage

• Privacy choice: aw-privacy-choice-v1 in local storage remembers allow or decline for up to 180 days, with no unique visitor ID. It is treated as expired and removed when the site next checks it. Clearing browser storage removes the choice sooner.
• Optional visit session: aw-visit-session in session storage is created only after analytics is allowed. It normally lasts for the browser tab’s session and is replaced after 30 minutes without a page load. Declining removes it from the current tab; other open tabs clear theirs when they receive the preference change or next check it.
• Admin security: the __Host-aw-admin cookie supports password-protected admin access, with a maximum eight-hour session and a 30-minute idle limit. Hosting and sign-in services may use their own necessary security/session storage.

We do not use advertising pixels or a third-party analytics tracker in this website’s code. Necessary hosting/security technologies are separate from optional analytics.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers for website hosting and deployment, security, application execution, database storage, and uploaded files. Google Workspace/Gmail handles business email. These providers process information needed to operate their services. Selecting “Email me” opens Gmail, where Google’s terms and privacy practices apply. External portfolio links lead to independently operated sites.

We do not sell inquiry information or use this site’s analytics for targeted advertising. We may disclose information as necessary to operate our service, comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, or protect rights and security. Do not assume that “no advertising tracking” means no hosting logs or service-provider processing. Providers may process information outside your state or country, including in the United States.

6. Retention and security

Quote requests and internal notes remain in our database until the owner manually deletes them; there is no automatic expiration date. Marking a request as closed does not delete it. Manual deletion removes the request and its internal notes from the active website database, but does not delete separate email correspondence or copies held in provider backups. Email records are managed separately in our email service. We assess privacy-related deletion requests under applicable law, including any lawful recordkeeping needs.

Analytics reports cover up to 90 days. Older analytics event rows are removed when new accepted traffic is recorded; they may remain longer if no new traffic occurs. Expired rate-limit entries are cleaned during subsequent relevant requests. Provider logs and backups follow the applicable provider’s retention practices, not the analytics reporting window.

Our admin requires a password and uses time-limited sessions. Access controls and secure connections help protect records, but no website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

Change analytics preferences

Allowing analytics is optional and is not required to browse or send a quote request. You may withdraw your choice at any time through “Privacy choices.” Withdrawal stops future collection; it does not automatically erase previously recorded events. Because event IDs are not connected to names or emails, we may be unable to locate a particular visitor’s past analytics records.

Contact grant@adrenalineweb.com (opens Gmail) to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided, or to ask about a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity without collecting unnecessary information. We will assess requests under applicable law; some records may need to be retained for lawful reasons. If you disagree with our response, reply and ask for a review. Additional rights, complaint options, and required response periods depend on the law that applies to you.

8. Policy updates

We will update the date on this page when the policy changes. Material changes requiring a new choice will be presented before the new optional processing begins.
