1. About this website

This website presents the services and selected work of Adrenaline Web LLC, a Minnesota web design and development business. Questions can be sent to grant@adrenalineweb.com (opens Gmail).

2. Quotes are not project contracts

Sending a quote request is free and does not commit either party to a project, reserve a start date, or authorize a charge. Website descriptions and budget choices are general information, not a fixed-price offer. Scope, deliverables, price, payment schedule, revisions, timing, ownership, and support must be agreed separately in writing before paid work begins.

These website terms do not replace an executed client agreement. A client agreement governs the services covered by it, subject to applicable law.

3. Responsible use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized admin access, interfere with the service, submit malicious code, impersonate someone, or send unlawful or abusive requests. Provide information you are entitled to share. Do not submit account passwords, payment-card data, or sensitive records in the quote form.

4. Content and portfolio work

Adrenaline Web LLC’s original website content and branding belong to the business or its licensors. Client names, logos, screenshots, and third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Viewing a portfolio example does not give permission to reuse its code, branding, or content. Ask before reproducing material beyond uses permitted by law.

Portfolio examples describe particular projects, not a guarantee of sales, search rankings, uptime, or any other result for a future client.

5. Outside services

Portfolio links and Gmail links take you to third-party services. Their availability, content, terms, and privacy practices are outside our control. Review their terms before using them.

6. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but content may change and the website may experience interruptions. Contact us to confirm information before relying on it for a project. Nothing on this site guarantees that every requested feature, deadline, or outcome can be delivered.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Project-specific warranties, liability arrangements, and dispute procedures belong in a separately reviewed client agreement.

7. Privacy and changes

Read our Privacy Policy for information about inquiries and optional analytics. Submitting a quote request is not consent to optional analytics or marketing. Updated website terms will be posted with a revised date; they do not silently amend an existing signed client agreement.
